An inspiring artproject of travelling miniatures and art on the walking trails.
Caminostones are traveling stones left on (inter)national walking trails.
The first art route lays between Espalion (Fr.) and Santiago (Sp.), more info here. The 2nd art route lays besides the Floris5-trail, more info here. The 3rd is layed out on the north-south trailin Juli 2017, more info.The 4th trail is layed out between Maastricht (NL) and Santiago(Es). The 5th between Sevilla and Graja de Moreruela(ES): the Via de la Plata.
Each caminostone carries its own story, which can be discovered by means of a label with QR code. The stories are of particcpants or connected to the trail. These miniature painted stones are set out along national and international trails. Caminostones wants to surprise and connect participants, finders and followers through. these stories and messages.
