This artroute wants to pleasantly surprise hikers walking on the Floris5 trail, with miniature-art.

A second goal is to initiate a new form of interaction and awareness, by means of art and social media.

Step one is seeing, step two is feeling. The third step is walking the trail or doing it…

A first project is carried out between Espalion (Fr.) and Santiago (Sp.), more info here. The 3nd project with artroute, travelling stones and participants(!) is layed out in Juli 2017.
A 4rd project with artroute, travelling stones and participants(!) will be layed out from April – Juli 2019.

Do you want to become part of the next artproject with your message or story? Click here.

You find more info and a (digital) map of the Floris5-trail, on the website of Wandelnet.

Stone 1

“Caress-green summers,
thinks the man on a bench,
old and his heart young”

(“Streelgroene zomers,
denkt de man op het bankje,
oud , met een jong hart.”)

Stone 2

“Fetherlight whispers
of the blue beauty and pain.
All in one teardrop.”

(“Vederlicht fluistert
van blauwe schoonheid en pijn.
Alles in een traan.”)

Stone 3

“A confused Hawk,
sees the chaos from high up.
Dives for happiness”

(“Een verwarde valk,
ziet van hoog al de chaos.
En duikt naar geluk.”)

Stone 4

“Past fifty shades
of green and black-white cuddles.
Wink of an art-trail.”

(“Langs vijftig tinten
groen en zwart-witte knuffels,
Knipoogt een kunstpad.”)

Stone 5

“Little theehouse,
keeper of conversations
for centuries.”

(“Een klein theehuiske
bewaard al die gesprekken.
Waakt al eeuwenlang”)

Stone 6

“The colorful joy,
free through the sails of time,
you flutter unbound.”

(“Bonte vrolijkheid,
door de wieken van de tijd
fladder jij vrij rond.”)

Stone 7

“The swamp-business,
Trees, flowers and Biesbushes
and Green lookers.”

(“Zompige zaken
Bomen, bloempjes, biesbosjes
en groene kijkers.”)

Stone 8

“A Monody-goose
finds the sign: no-more-frontiers.
The world opens up.

(“Een Klaagzang-gansje
vindt het bord: er-is-geen-grens.
De wereld opent.”)

Stone 9

“The think-detour-trail
past nettle-nice and envy
ánd white swans.”

(“De hoofd-omleiding
langs brandnetelfijn en nijd
én witte zwanen.”)

Stone 10

“Eye to eye with fish,
thoughts float further away
along with the river.”

(“Oog in oog met vis
stromen gedachten verder
Mee met de rivier.”)

Stone 11

“Underneath the threads
walks deer. He bows for spider,
for the autumn-throne.”

(“Onder draden door
loopt hert. Hij buigt voor de spin,
voor de troon van herfst.”)

Chased by the sun.”…

tot de eerste oogopslag.
Verjaagd door de zon”)
